The hardest thing about traveling is to leave your camera behind and enjoy the pleasure of the moment. That's how it felt, at least for me, on my previous adventures. While there is a certain beauty to abandoning the camera, I still tend to err on the side of caution, so I opt to capture a few shots, before partaking in the scenery for myself.

In 2011, on my first voyage to India, my perspective of photography began to change.  I began to see it more as an art form and less of a vehicle for creating holiday memories.  While I still consider myself an amateur, I believe this endeavor of regularly sharing my travels with the world will allow me to bridge the gap between my skill and my powerful yearning to explore. Please enjoy and feel free to contact me regarding any questions or comments you may want to share.
